All material is manufactured to American standards. Where applicable certifications are available.
Returned goods must be authorized by our sales department. We do not accept responsibility for goods you send out to be reworked, repackaged, or reprocessed.
As owner managers who are actively involved in day to day operations, we feel we put our personal reputation on the line every day.
We will make parts which match your print or sample. Our staff also offers you additional support by occasionally recommending changes to your print, if these changes will improve the part or save you money.
